Australian Locations - Postage and Shipping Charges
Shipping & Postage is calculated on a 'per item' basis. 1 item is $6.00, 2-4 items is $8.00, 5 or more items is $10.00.
Australian Deliveries
Deliveries to Australian destinations are currently shipped with Australia Post but this may change at our discretion. Items are posted within 3 to 5 days depending on availability of stock. Some products are freshly made for customers for each order.
Terms and conditions of delivery by Australia Post vary from time to time and are beyond our control.
There are many places to which Australia Post has conditional delivery, i.e. there may be weight limits due to subcontractors, high-rise building limits, remote location requirements, etc.
If Australia Post decides not to leave your parcel or other conditional delivery restrictions apply, your order will be delivered to an Australia Post outlet for your collection. You will be advised by a card in your mailbox when and where parcels are available for collection.
You may change your delivery instructions on request; e.g. leave parcel at the back door; however we will not take responsibility if you do not receive it for any reason nor can we track the postal progress of the parcel.
International Deliveries
If you are ordering from places other than Australia you will be charged at Australia Post rates for the total weight of your order plus a postage and handling fee which is inbuilt into the calculations.
You will be billed in Australian Dollars including any currency exchange charges.
Returns
Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection. Also, due to health regulations, most products including cosmetics are non-refundable unless the packaging or contents are faulty, in which case we will contact the manufacturer on your behalf.
Conditions of return, if applicable:-
- The goods must be authorised prior to any return or exchange
-A copy of the invoice & a reason for the return must accompany the goods being returned
-The return must be within 7 working days of delivery of the goods
-Please retain broken parcel (and packaging) until authorised by us as they may be required by Australia Post as proof of damage
-Returned items will not be credited where poor packaging by the customer results in goods being broken or further damaged in return transit
-Only unused, faulty items may be credited or exchanged. Faulty items are returned to manufacturer for replacement.
Expiry Dates
'Best Before' dates are listed on Certified Organic products as a guide only. These products have a best before date so that the consumer may use the products during their most potent and beneficial period.
Ordering Information:
* All products ordered from Really Natural Skin Care are GST FREE.
* Some Products are handmade in small batches and may not be in stock at time of order
* It may take a few days for the Manufacturer to freshly produce your order
Payment Options:
We currently accept Australian Money orders or personal cheques made payable to " Really Natural Skin Care.", (Australian customers only) and Visa, Mastercard & Paypal. You may also e-mail us at info@reallynaturalskincare.com to pay by direct deposit to our bank account. Please include a contact phone number as we do not e-mail bank account details for security purposes.
You do not need to have a Paypal account to pay, although we use Paypal as our payment processor for secure online transactions. To pay using a credit card please select either the Paypal or credit card options. You will then be given the option to either pay using a credit card or via paypal. If your credit card is attached to a paypal account, it will automatically ask you to pay using Paypal. If your card is not attached to a paypal account you will be asked to fill in your details.
